OUR ORIGINS

It was 1979 when Michele Di Gaetano, together with his wife Marina, chose Bolgheri to fulfill a life’s dream: have their own farm. They took care of the secular olives trees already present in their grove, planted new ones and then they built the mill.

OUR PRESENT

With passion and tenacity, Paolo, Simone and their sister Beatrice were able to turn their parent’s business into a state-of-the-art production reality, always looking towards perfection.

THE OLIVE GROVE

The olive grove is made up of 30 hectares with about 10,000 plants at an altitude that varies between 10 and 150 meters above sea level. The area enjoys a mild microclimate, the absence of excessive temperature changes favors the cultivation of the olive tree, both from a qualitative and quantitative point of view.

THE OLIVE OIL MILL

Our state-of-the-art olive oil mill allows us to cold press our olives. The entire processing cycle is strictly monitored. Storage and bottling are carried out into controlled temperature rooms, and the aid of inert gas helps to protect the product’s organoleptic and chemical features.
